Does that mean that any other complexion, lighter or darker is unfair? Lol, I know that a big dramatic but it's how I feel. Everything has it's opposite. Just like "good" hair implies another person may have "bad" hair. Mind you, I do not have a complex and I have a healthy dose of confidence. But I think some of the terms that we use in society glorifies or disgraces another. My Grandmother and her sisters used the term "fair" to describe medium to light complexioned people when I was growing up. You brought back memories! What's sad is that we, black Americans, have so many skin pigmentations and names for our culture that we can't even agree on what to call us! Ha!
